**New iOS 12.1 Emoji Revealed: Llama, Bagel, and Frisbee**

**Emoji Frenzy: Apple Unleashes 70 New Icons**

In a rare respite from market volatility, Apple is treating iPhone and iPad users to a delightful surprise: a slew of new emoji. This month, users can expect to see 70 fresh icons, including a llama, raccoon, bagel, frisbee, and mosquito, among others.

Beta testers and developers who update to iOS 12.1 will get a first glimpse of the new emoji starting Tuesday. Beyond the cute and quirky additions, users will also be able to send a range of new symbols, including a bagel, salt, luggage, compass, hiking boot, softball, and an Asian-inspired Red Gift Envelope.

As previously announced on World Emoji Day, Apple will also roll out new options for bald and redheaded characters, as well as a lobster, cupcake, and superheroes. These emoji were part of the Unicode Consortium’s latest list, unveiled in February. Each company that uses emoji puts its own spin on the designs, which can sometimes lead to controversy – as seen in Google’s infamous beer and hamburger emoji missteps.

The new emoji are set to bring a touch of fun and personality to digital communication. Stay tuned for the update, and get ready to express yourself in a whole new way!
