**2025 Changemakers: Nominate Women Leading in Business**

Empowering Women in Business: Nominations Open for 2025 Changemakers List

CNBC is proud to announce the second annual Changemakers list, recognizing women who are revolutionizing business and philanthropy. This prestigious list aims to highlight trailblazing women who have achieved remarkable success in 2024, despite the odds. With only 10% of Fortune 500 CEOs being women and female founders receiving less than 2% of venture capital funding, these Changemakers are paving the way for a more inclusive and diverse business landscape.

The nomination process is now open for women leaders who have made a significant impact in their respective fields. To be eligible, companies and organizations must have at least $25 million in annual revenue over the past three years or an enterprise value of $100 million for private companies and $250 million for public companies. The deadline for submissions is November 11, 2024, at 11:59 pm EST.

This year’s advisory board has expanded to include experienced leaders from various industries, ensuring a diverse and inclusive selection process. Dina Powell McCormick, Vice Chairman and President of Global Client Services at BDT-MSD, has joined the board, along with returning members from last year’s advisory board.

Despite progress being made, with female representation on S&P 500 boards reaching a historic high, there is still much work to be done. The pipeline for female CEOs remains fragile, and it will take decades for women to reach parity in the workforce. The Changemakers list aims to accelerate this progress by highlighting role models and inspiring the next generation of female leaders.

Submit your nomination for the 2025 Changemakers list today and help empower women in business.
