A Year of Growth and Innovation: Reflecting on 2024 and Looking Ahead to 2025

Expanding Our Universe of Coverage
We’ve continued to invest in our service, adding new stocks to our coverage list to ensure it remains dynamic and relevant. This year, we launched coverage of 15 new stocks, including Arcadium Lithium plc, Axon Enterprise Inc., and Snowflake Inc. We’re committed to making more changes in 2025, with plans to increase coverage in Financial, Clean Energy, and Information Technology sectors.
Enhancing Our Research Products and Tools
Our Director of Economic Research, Chris Graja, CFA, introduced a new ‘Thinking Outside the Box’ feature to our popular Viewpoint report, analyzing the economic and investing implications of unconventional topics. We’ve also added new indicators, such as the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Proxy Funds Rate, to better understand the economic impact of the Fed’s forward guidance.
Institutional Services and New Product Initiatives
We’ve refined a new suite of institutional services, including Analyst Access, Corporate Access, and Earnings Models. Our research conclusions are integrated into investment strategies, with portfolios built around themes like Growth & Income, Dividend Growth, Innovation, and Sustainable Impact Investing.
Awards and Recognition
Our Innovators Strategy won four separate Top Guns awards from PSN in 2024, recognizing our top-10 performance in various periods.
Growing Our Team
We’ve added new talent to our staff, including Tyler Jacobson, Alexandra Yates, Olivia Frey, and Sebastian Conrado. Existing team members have also taken on new roles, such as Security Analyst Kris Ruggeri covering the Industrial sector and Senior Analyst Christine Dooley analyzing high-yield stocks.
Celebrating a Legacy
We’re celebrating the long and illustrious career of Sharon Dorsey Wagoner, who is retiring from Argus Investors Counsel Inc. at the end of 2024. Sharon has been an integral part of our team, promoting analytical independence and mentoring many of our analysts.
Looking Ahead to 2025
The research industry is evolving, presenting new opportunities for agile participants.
