In fact, DBS Bank went on a hiring spree this year, adding 106 new staffers, including 50 relationship managers. Karen Ng, Asia market lead at human resources platform Deel, notes that getting certificates in AI learning and ESG are great ways for employees to hone their skills. DBS’s Lam adds that the role of data analysts goes beyond just numbers and data, requiring the ability to interpret and make sense of the information.
