The company is also eyeing an expansion to new cities, including Miami and Austin, Texas, although no specific timeframe has been announced.

Zoox’s robotaxi differs from others in the industry, as it was developed from the start to not have a human driver. This approach has led to the creation of a unique vehicle design, with doors that open from the middle and rows of seats facing each other.
