China Signals Willingness to Negotiate as US Tariffs Loom
As the threat of increased tariffs on Chinese exports to the United States draws near, China is emphasizing its desire to negotiate and find a mutually beneficial solution. This comes after US President Donald Trump announced plans to hike duties on Chinese goods by 10% as early as February 1.
