Exclusive Palm Beach Estate with Mar-a-Lago Perks

Luxury Living at Its Finest: Exclusive Palm Beach Estate Offers Unparalleled Access to Mar-a-Lago

Imagine waking up every morning in a stunning Palm Beach estate, with the added perk of guest access to the renowned Mar-a-Lago Club. This rare opportunity awaits at 129 Woodbridge Road, a luxurious residence nestled just one street away from Mar-a-Lago itself and adjacent to the home of President Donald Trump’s sister Elizabeth Trump Grau.

A Unique Advantage

As reported by the Palm Beach Daily News, all homeowners on Woodbridge Road are eligible for guest privileges at Mar-a-Lago, a benefit that sets this estate apart from others in the area. While access requires a successful interview and the payment of annual dues, averaging $22,750 plus applicable taxes, homeowners do not have to pay the hefty initiation fee, which can reportedly reach $1 million.

A Family Legacy

The seller, a trust associated with the late George J. Buff III, originally purchased the home in 2013 for $2.25 million. Last year, it was listed for $15.75 million but was temporarily withdrawn from the market for a rental period. The property was relisted on January 15. “Raising a family here, alongside my father and my son, has been an incredible journey. As life has evolved – my father’s passing and my son forging his own path – we feel it’s time to pass this special home to someone who will appreciate the community and lifestyle we’ve loved so much,” George J. Buff IV told the New York Post.

A Prime Location

Woodbridge Road is the only street on the island with a special “declaration of use” agreement granting residents guest access to Mar-a-Lago. The agreement, established in 1993 between Trump and the town, allows homeowners to enjoy Mar-a-Lago’s amenities, albeit with limitations and fees. The street has become closely associated with Mar-a-Lago, with many homes owned or rented by people connected to Trump and the club, including family members, guests, staff, and members of the U.S. Secret Service.

A Stunning Residence

The two-story midcentury modern home boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and hurricane-impact windows. The spacious floor plan features a large foyer, a living room, and pocket sliding doors that open to a patio overlooking the pool. The main suite is on the first floor, with an additional one on the second floor. A one-bedroom, two-bathroom guesthouse also offers pool views. Ashley McIntosh and Kendall Corso of Douglas Elliman list the property.

Investing in Luxury

For those seeking alternative investment opportunities, luxury assets like art and commercial real estate have historically outperformed the stock market. With the current interest rate environment, income-seeking investors can capitalize on high-yield opportunities in private market real estate investments. Benzinga has identified some of the most attractive options for investors to consider, including the Ascent Income Fund from EquityMultiple, which targets stable income from senior commercial real estate debt positions and has a historical distribution yield of 12.1% backed by real assets.
